"Very professional and easy to get in contact with if any issues arise. I was having some billing issues and Sandra squared it away with me very quickly and even waived a fee without me asking. Rates have also been consistently the lowest with State Farm for me for quite a while!"

"We just started up with State Farm when we got our new house this year, our representatives Peggy and Olivia made everything super simple and easy breezy! "We’ve had a great experience with State Farm. Anytime we’ve needed to file a claim, the process has been smooth and stress-free, and they’ve always taken good care of us. "Having been a fully paying customer er for 29 years, State Farm and the local agency decided they didn't want me as a customer any longer. Together my policies were cut in coverage, even on a car with a note outstanding, against my request and desire to have full coverage. Additionally my daughter's had accidents caused and at fault by others, yet they were marked against my policy and caused increased rates and the decision to cancel coverage. If you have been paying in for 20+ years with no claims, you are retained because they make money hand over fist. Once you have an accident not your fault, they will make your life miserable. The final straw is that they have refused to pay a medical claim related to one of the accidents after having had the bill for over 6 months and multiple copies. Now the state attorney general is coming after me for garnishment for a bill they have stated multiple times that they acknowledge is their responsibility. EDIT / UPDATE: We spoke several times before my coverages were reduced about the topic, including discussing if the coverage can remain with an increase in rates but it was beyond local control. No less than 3 conversations on the topic occurred prior to my coverages changing against my request."

"I cant recommend this office enough ! Kelley F. called me to tell me she saved me money . And she was right . Everyone I talk to are always very nice, and professional. They always have answers to my questions & get back to me right away . I do send emails and I get a response back quickly . I cant leave State Farm , no-one can beat the rates ! "Kelly was amazing. Spent a long time with me and really got things sorted out. Couldn't ask for better insurance agency. Personalized care and extremely great rates. You can't get that from so called cheaper insurance agencies. You might save a couple of bucks but there's no personal customer service. An internet connection or phone message just doesn't compare. Here, someone will always treat you with respect and take the time to talk to you face to face."

"State Farm stepped up to get my car repaired without any issues when the responsible party’s insurance wouldn’t do so because of their mistakes in handling my vehicle when it was in for repairs. The responsible insurance company forced me to litigate the case unnecessarily when all I asked was for them to fix my car. State Farm stepped in just like their slogan says like a good neighbor and took care of getting my car fixed Thanks to my agent Peggy K. For taking good care of my vehicle ."
